About the role

  • Title: Action Officer, Intermediate Belong.

  • The Action Officer directs and oversees the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and maintain DAG support functions to include recognition programs, training, security
  • Manage Customer Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions for supported office:
  • Manage Customer correspondence handbook.
  • Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate
  • Manage and execute the action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures- and serve as facilitator for user requirements
  • Coordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the Customer level; maintain a quality control process for all presentations
  • Participate in and lead DAG related meetings
  • Manage records generated during the execution of the Directorates' projects and programs in accordance with Federal laws and regulations, as well as Customer Directives and Instructions.
  • KBR is seeking an Action Officer (Intermediate) to provide Director's Action Group (DAG) support in accordance with established organization/office policies, regulations, and procedures in Chantilly, VA.
  • The Action Officer manages the action tracking system.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within any Government OR target 5 years within IC or DoD
  • Or With Associate's degree with 10+ years within IC or DoD
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: federal acquisitions, Department of Defense (DoD) or the /Intelligence Community (IC) budget & finance processes, and National Security policy
  • Demonstrated experience in systems engineering or project/program management or both

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business-related field (Advanced Degree preferred).

Compensation

  • $150,300 - $183,600 (This range is for Virginia Only)
  • KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
  • Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
