About the role
- Provides assessment, treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory disorders under licensed medical direction.

- Performs diagnostic respiratory procedures according to hospital and department policies. (20%)
Requirements
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) National Board of Respiratory Care required prior to the expiration of the Temporary Practice Permit (TPP)
- Two years' experience in pulmonary/respiratory medicine in a hospital setting
- It may not contain a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees to do this job.
- As a component of job responsibilities, employees may have access to covered information, cardholder data, or other confidential customer information that must be protected at all times.
- Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program
- Pennsylvania licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP)
- CPR - American Heart Association
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Preferred
- Registered with the National Board of Respiratory Care RRT
