About the role

Plan, coordinate, and supervise day labour construction forces, including hiring labour, equipment, and materials
Resolve or assist in resolving construction claims, disputes, and contentious issues in collaboration with project managers and clients
Ensure quality management systems are implemented, including quality control, quality assurance, and auditing activities

Manage project budgets, including estimating, tracking, forecasting costs, and certifying quantities for payment
Maintain accurate project documentation, diaries, records, and as-built/red-line drawings

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Transportation, or Construction Engineering with a minimum of two years of related experience
Proven experience delivering complex highway or transportation infrastructure construction projects
Strong knowledge of Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTT) Standard Specifications and contract administration practices
Working knowledge of quality management systems and construction inspection practices
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent desktop productivity tools

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience; the salary range for this position is $120,270 - $ $147,600 annually.
