About the role

Box Office Ticket Sellers are responsible for providing customer service to all EagleBank Arena (EBA) guests.
Are you customer service oriented, tech savvy, professional, and enjoy working on a team?

Use Ticketmaster software system to sell tickets, process payment, and deliver mobile tickets.

Experience providing outstanding customer service, cash handling, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Good problem solving skills and the ability to work as a team member.
18 years of age or older.

You will provide first-class customer service and value for our fans.
