About the role
- Assistant Teacher - Early Childhood Education Grow With Us is looking for a caring and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team!
- Follow the classroom's daily schedule to ensure consistency and smooth operation.
Responsibilities
- Observe and support each child's developmental progress through daily documentation and assessments.
- Create and maintain an organized, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.
- Support meal and snack preparation while following food safety and CDC guidelines.
- Perform daily cleaning and safety checks to maintain a clean and healthy classroom.
- Support classroom teams and communicate any compliance concerns to the Director.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with children, families, staff, and visitors.

Requirements
- Ability to follow schedules, classroom routines, and state regulations.
- If you have a passion for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience working with young children in an early learning environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills.
- Must meet all state licensing and background screening requirements.
