Responsibilities

  • Execution: Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user's expectations.
  • Passion for working with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and create effective solutions
  • Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions across different customer applications.
  • Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user's expectations.

Requirements

  • 25% travel required to visit Kodiak commercial deployments.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years experience working in Product Management, ideally in autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations management, supply chain management, and/or logistics
  • Comfortable leading strategy & execution in the midst of ambiguity and a dynamic market
  • Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering, computer science, or a related field

Compensation

  • California Pay Range
  • $180,000 - $230,000 USD
