The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector.
In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer.
Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors including: work location, experience, relevant training, education, skill level and performance during interview.

Execution: Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user's expectations.

Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions across different customer applications.
Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user's expectations.

8+ years experience working in Product Management, ideally in autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations management, supply chain management, and/or logistics
Comfortable leading strategy & execution in the midst of ambiguity and a dynamic market
Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering, computer science, or a related field

Define and track KPIs, understand the state of our product readiness, and communicate progress to our customers.
Be the primary voice of the product and the end user, working closely with Kodiak's customers to gain trust and channel feedback to internal teams.
Provide clear updates to leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Performance monitoring: Define and track KPIs, understand the state of our product readiness, and communicate progress to our customers.
User feedback: Be the primary voice of the product and the end user, working closely with Kodiak's customers to gain trust and channel feedback to internal teams.
Communication: Provide clear updates to leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Experience building credibility and strong relationships within engineering and operations teams, and with external stakeholders and customers
