About the role
- Under the supervision of the Planning Manager and with a functional relationship with the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating final mile delivery operations in the market to achieve company Safety, Quality, and Cost standards.
- Assist in confirming driver assignments and ETAs at least 12 hours before route pickup.
Responsibilities
- This position primarily collaborates with the market's Outbound Lead(s), Driver Partners, and Delivery Service Providers, with significant functional collaboration with other members of the Transportation Department and the Engineering Department (routing optimization).
- Transportation -Manage relationships with the market driver pool.
Requirements
- wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), follow Operations/Outbound Supervisor's safety instructions, and report unsafe working conditions or actions to management.
