About the role

In your role as Office Manager, you will ensure that the office runs smoothly and provides a welcoming, well organized environment for employees and visitors.
Basic Success Criteria - 3-5 years experience in office management, events or facilities - Ability to coordinate multiple projects and requests effectively and expeditiously - A love of details.

This role manages the day-to-day office operations including greeting guests, coordinating vendors and services, overseeing office supplies and kitchens (at HQ and the hangars), and supports team events and employee experience initiatives.
The Office Manager helps create an efficient and positive workplace by maintaining office spaces, coordinating logistics and ensuring employees have resources they need to do their best work.
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage stocked items, special requests, space organization, and maintain positive vendor relationships
Ability to support a multi-office company including relocations and buildouts
Ability to build repeatable processes for scaling operations
Proven ability to create an exceptional workplace experience for employees

Experience with space planning tools
