About the role
- AmpThink is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structured Cabling Technician to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems within various high-profile venues across North America.
- Assist in the installation and termination of structured cabling including Cat 5/6, Fiber Optic cables, and associated hardware.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Maintain documentation of installations and work performed.
- Support all safety and environmental guidelines in the workplace.

Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- technical degree in telecommunications or related field is a plus.
