About the role
- We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to work for our PMCM group on a major Community College capital improvement project in Los Angeles.
- Participate in logistical, delivery, and workforce planning with project personnel, and incorporate into a CPM schedule using Primavera P6 Software.
- Review and provide comments on contractor-prepared baseline, update, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Coordinate with campus stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to support successful delivery of capital improvement projects.

Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs required.

- BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting educational, institutional, or public-sector capital projects is preferred.
- Certifications with PMI or AACEI are also preferable.

- T.Y. Lin International is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $130,000-$150,000 annually for this position and local market.
