Requirements
- Monitor workflow and adjust resources as required to meet operational demands.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.
Skills
- Proficiency in production management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze production data and interpret operational performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving capability.
