About the role

Introduction to the Team & Role 360Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team.
You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby

customer facing background preferred (Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst)
8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
