About the role

  • The Hot Tub Services Technician is a specialized role responsible for the care, maintenance, and quality control of hot tubs across Whistler Platinum's luxury portfolio.
  • This position plays a critical role in the guest experience by ensuring all hot tubs are clean, safe, fully operational, and always maintained to the highest standards.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Property Services, Maintenance, and Guest Services teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled hot tub servicing, including water testing, chemical balancing, draining, refilling, and cleaning.
  • Accurately document all service activity and work orders in internal systems (e.g., Breezeway).
  • Maintain inventory of chemicals, filters, and related supplies.
  • Support seasonal maintenance, winterization, and start-up processes.

Requirements

  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Inspect hot tubs for mechanical issues, leaks, and wear, escalating repairs as required.
  • Our Ideal Candidate 1-3 years of experience in hot tub, pool, or spa maintenance preferred.
  • Strong understanding of water chemistry and safe chemical handling.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Compensation

  • $25k-$28k
