About the role

The Hot Tub Services Technician is a specialized role responsible for the care, maintenance, and quality control of hot tubs across Whistler Platinum's luxury portfolio.
This position plays a critical role in the guest experience by ensuring all hot tubs are clean, safe, fully operational, and always maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Property Services, Maintenance, and Guest Services teams.

Perform scheduled hot tub servicing, including water testing, chemical balancing, draining, refilling, and cleaning.
Accurately document all service activity and work orders in internal systems (e.g., Breezeway).
Maintain inventory of chemicals, filters, and related supplies.
Support seasonal maintenance, winterization, and start-up processes.

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Inspect hot tubs for mechanical issues, leaks, and wear, escalating repairs as required.
Our Ideal Candidate 1-3 years of experience in hot tub, pool, or spa maintenance preferred.
Strong understanding of water chemistry and safe chemical handling.
Valid driver's license required.

Ensure all hot tubs meet health, safety, and company standards prior to guest arrivals.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required.
