About the role

J oin us as a Residential Director at Aspire Health Alliance in Quincy, where your leadership skills can significantly impact and enhance the lives of our clients every day.
This position requires strong knowledge of clinical programming and involves managing staff, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining the physical environment, budgeting, and complying with DMH licensing regulations.
Adherence to all policies and procedures is essential, including established guidelines for cell phone usage.

Valid driver's license in good standing, driving experience, and a solid driving record are required.
CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications will be required.
2+ years of supervisory experience in human services, with knowledge of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations.
Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations are highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.
