- The Investment Operations Senior Analyst/Associate will work on the coordination, execution and settlement of various Private Debt Investments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams, custodians, board of directors, external fund administrators and investment managers
- Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate

Requirements
- Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
- Demonstrates commitment, accuracy and attention to detail, even in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
- Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment
- Good analytical skills with a flair for processes as well as good IT skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Nice to have
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Middle office or other investment fund related role is preferred but not necessary
- Experience in fund-of-fund trading or Private Debt is a plus
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year.
- This range represents the base salary only.
- Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
- 401(k) employer match at 100% of your contributions up to 5% of compensation, with immediate vesting, so you start building long-term savings right away.
