About the role

Responsibilities
- Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and encourage talent development.
- Manages coordination with SPW project managers, internal SPW crews, and suppliers to schedule resources, resolve complex issues, and maintain momentum for SPW scopes.
- Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements specific to self-perform operations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within SPW teams.
- Reviews and communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership and relevant stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns to support project success.
- Develops the comprehensive plan for completing the SPW scope in alignment with the scope budget and overall project schedule, utilizes advanced methods for crew flow, leveling, and efficient use of equipment and materials.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Work Experience: 7 years of experience in SPW field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- OSHA 30-Hour Program Completion within 6 months of hire is required.
- 7 years of experience in SPW field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: OSHA 30‑Hour Construction preferred.
- ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
- OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.
