About the role
- The Team + The Role The People Operations team is the connective tissue between Pendo's workforce strategy and the day-to-day experience of every employee.
- People Operations Coordinator sits at the intersection of employee experience and operational rigor.
- This role is based in our Raleigh office.
Responsibilities
- Support the accuracy of employee data in Workday and maintain recurring People reports.
Requirements
- You're rewiring how you work around them.
- 1 or more years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or a directly adjacent function.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, including making reasonable process decisions when there is no playbook, documenting the approach, and improving it over time.
- Proven ability to keep multiple concurrent processes moving without losing detail or follow-through.
- Prior experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Raleigh, NC is USD 69,900 - USD 84,000.
