About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and teams across Peregrine, from deployment teams to the leadership team and CEO. You will work on challenges that are important to continued company growth but have not yet become urgent.
- Work closely with a team or business area, build a deep understanding of it, and deliver early wins. Long-term efforts rarely start with a plan or proposal
- they start by building momentum and trust with the people you will partner with.
- Deliver significant operational change in whatever way the problem requires: build a model, run an operation, perform the job, bring people to agreement, or hire your replacement.

Requirements
- We care more about this than where you have worked: show how you have built expertise in an area of your work, navigated a startup environment, and contributed positively within and outside your team.

Nice to have
- You use Excel to analyze information and inform decisions.
- Experience using SQL, Python, and artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
