About the role

Territory: West Coast and Midwest (majority in California/Utah) Desired locations: SOCAL, NORCAL, Salt Lake City and Nevada Travel: 30-40% field time.
Communicate the value proposition of WMFTG brands to Biopharma, Pharma, and Medical Device markets.

Respond to leads and sell WMFTG products for inclusion in OEM fluid path and equipment projects.
Monitor multi-year project pipeline from design phase through production.
Lead customer experience management, working closely with support teams.
Internal teams including engineering, factory operations, and customer support.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-year pipelines.
Knowledge of process engineering, electro-mechanical design, and regulatory systems.

30-40% field time.
Quote and negotiate pricing and business agreements.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of technical, pricing, delivery, or quality issues.
National Sales Manager for strategy alignment.
Cross-functional colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and WMFTG brand loyalty.
OEM sales experience.
Skills Proven track record of consultative sales of premium products.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

What you'll need to be successful Education Experience Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience.
Experience in Life Sciences, particularly Biopharmaceutical or Medical Device.

Develop new customers from leads and manage key accounts to grow sales.
Act as liaison between factory and customers for custom engineered products.
Who you'll be working with OEM customers and prospects in the Biopharmaceutical sector.
