About the role
- We are seeking dependable individuals to fill rotational roles across three key responsibilities: Machine Inserter, Catcher, and Strapper.
- Employees will rotate between these stations based on production needs and under the direction of Apprentices for assignment.
Responsibilities
- General (All roles) Maintain cleanliness and organization around the machine (e.g., sorting, re-boxing).
- Monitor insert versions and report any discrepancies to the Lead Inserter.
Requirements
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Candidates must be available to work overtime, including 10-hour shifts for up to 12 consecutive days within a 2-week preset period each month.
