About the role
- As a Project Accountant - Ventana Special Projects you will be responsible for full cycle accounting for specified projects in a high-volume workplace.
- Reporting to the Controller, you'll play a critical role within the organization, supporting the entire Operations Team.
- As a Project Accountant your key accountabilities will involve:
Responsibilities
- You will support the financial administration of construction projects by managing project cost tracking, contract and billing processes, and financial reporting.
- Overseeing all financial aspects of projects from beginning to end to support the Project Manager and project team, including budgeting, forecasting, and month end project reporting on a timely basis.
- Utilizing project management and construction software platforms (e.g., Autodesk, Sage) to setup projects, support accurate financial tracking, document control, and project reporting.
