About the role
- ORIGIN is currently hiring South Florida Project Executives.
Responsibilities
- Leads the preconstruction and RFP package process along with estimating team
- As needed, support team members with subcontractor issues
- Maintains positive relationships with the subcontractor community
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial GC, preferably in South Florida
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet deadlines and budgets
- Knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trends
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously High level of aptitude with Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Project.
Nice to have
- A four-year degree with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
