Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules using Primavera P6 and Epicor ERP to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Create, update, and analyze project schedules and production plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones and resource availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, schedules, and reports in both Excel and Epicor.
  • Support administrative functions such as document control, data entry, and filing.

Requirements

  • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Primavera P6, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Epicor ERP for manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production scheduling, planning, or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to read drawings is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 for project and production scheduling.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting.

Compensation

  • For applicants based in the province of Ontario, the salary range is $74K to $87K CAD.
  • Application of the pay band: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
