Responsibilities

  • Design HVAC and mechanical systems that enhance building performance while pushing sustainability forward
  • Support central plants, building automation and controls, and energy recovery solutions
  • Use lifecycle analysis, rapid energy modeling, and sustainable design practices to support occupant comfort, superior indoor air quality, and reduced energy consumption
  • Bring specialized experience in advanced HVAC system design (including geothermal systems, chilled beams, and industrial ventilation)
  • Contribute to a track record of innovation, including multiple international ASHRAE Technology Awards for energy-efficient HVAC designs

Requirements

  • ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight stays

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License required
