We seek Communication Training Course Instructor | Professional Communication and Organizational Effectiveness (Communication Training) [USARC0022022] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Technical Expertise - Applying specialized knowledge, analytical skills, and practical experience to solve complex problems with accuracy.

Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
instructional certifications preferred.
Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
