About the role
- Many of our customers operate at enormous scale, with global footprints spanning hundreds of sites and tens of thousands of employees.
- Deploying Linero means embedding into these environments: integrating across hundreds of systems and workflows, and aligning dozens of key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- As Deployment Strategist at Linero, you will own the customer journey from initial scoping through go-live and beyond, with full responsibility for execution.
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions to understand technical environments, workflows, and requirements
- Drive deployments forward by coordinating closely with engineering, product, and forward deployed engineers
- Build and refine deployment playbooks, documentation, and processes that scale with the customer base
- Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical, legal, compliance, and executive functions
- Own the end-to-end customer journey: from initial scoping through deployment, go-live, and ongoing success
Requirements
- you can run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them
- This role requires technical fluency, strong operational judgment, and the ability to operate inside the world's most complex organizations.
- Applicants must be U.S. persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) as defined under applicable U.S. law.
