Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated success in strategic efforts to drive safety, quality, consistent performance, and productivity.
  • Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of improved manufacturing processes.
  • Has demonstrated leadership with High Performance Teams to drive engagement & performance.
  • The GM Heibar Indiana will create and enhance scalable, best in class systems and processes.
  • The successful candidate will develop a strong, collaborative partnership with the builder-partner, Arbor Homes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Arbor partners.
  • Develop alignment between systems and processes for efficiencies and scalable solutions.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards to deliver products that meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • Establishes and maintains challenging, but realistic work goals that align with Heibar KPI's and expectations.
  • Seeks feedback with a drive towards personal and professional growth. and self-development.

Requirements

  • Transparency and honesty with the ability to communicate difficult messages that accurately conveys situational awareness and prioritization.
  • Proven success in a manufacturing environment with significant growth, scale, and complexity of operations issues.
  • ERP experience required.

Nice to have

  • MBA from an accredited institution preferred.

Compensation

  • $10k-$20k
