About the role
- We are looking for a Manager, Forward Deployed Healthcare Analytics to play a key role in delivering value for our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) customers.
- Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to assist more patients at a time in their healthcare journey when they need help most.
Responsibilities
- Consult Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) clients on designing an optimal decision automation program and develop strategic roadmaps
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, enabling execution, prioritization, and professional development
- Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams in scoping new and enhanced product features to meet client automation needs
- Analyze authorization and claims data, leverage data visualization softwares to build and maintain analytical reports that inform internal and external stakeholders on platform performance
Requirements
- 8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role
- In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
Nice to have
- Management Consulting or HealthTech experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $123,000 to $148,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
