About the role
- Fox Factory Holding Corp. is the holding company of FOX Factory, Inc. and is publicly traded (FOXF) on Nasdaq.
- The Director of Operations is the leader responsible for driving excellence across manufacturing and service operations.
- Work Environment - Manufacturing/office environment with periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. - Requires visual acuity for computer‑based data entry and validation.
Responsibilities
- Develop long‑range operational strategies supporting growth, scalability, and financial performance.
- Lead Logistics, transportation, and distribution performance.
- Manage Warehouse Operations and Receiving for accurate material flow and inventory integrity.
- Drive Value Stream Mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance throughput.
- Partner with IT to advance automation and IT Integrations.
- Lead supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory management.
- Implement logistics and material handling systems that support growth.
- Optimize working capital through best‑in‑class inventory practices.
- Build strategic vendor partnerships to improve cost, quality, and reliability.
- Lead and develop plant managers, supervisors, and operational teams.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in manufacturing, distribution, or service environments preferred.
- Experience in automotive, powersports, or high‑performance vehicle industries strongly preferred.
