Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base
- Maintain CRM database daily through consistent entering of sales calls and job site details
- Develop and manage relationships with local, regional and national sellers in general tool and specialty divisions
Requirements
- Requires a proven track record in consultative selling
- Requires a strong construction background with the ability to learn engineering concepts
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box to determine solutions
- Ability to work effectively and meet sales objectives without detailed day-to-day direction
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience plus 2+ years of direct experience in construction-related sales
- Working knowledge of Infection control risk assessment (ICRA) standards a plus

Compensation
- $40,000.00 - 67,761.00 Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
- Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the planning, troubleshooting and completion throughout the lifespan of temporary fencing projects
