Responsibilities
- Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate students within the online Graphic Design curriculum.
- An MA in Graphic Design, Animation, 2D Design and a strong record of professional achievement.
- The applicant should be a practicing designer with industry experience in a variety of levels of the fields of graphic design, animation, or studio art.
- Knowledge of the design process and storyboarding.
- Faculty members are expected to maintain professional and creative development.
Requirements
- Skills may include print and new media design, Animation software, Proficiency in current design and web development softwares.
Nice to have
- An MFA with three years or more of full-time online teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels, or equivalent, and a strong record of professional achievement.
- Additional experience with online course development and instruction.
- History of Publication in academic or trade journals.
- Existing research agenda.
- Courses are typically paid at $800 per load hour.
