About the role

  • We expect our engineers to operate as professionals and take responsibility for their development including professional and technical skills needed for their success as an engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination with the design and planning of the customer solutions using advanced technologies and provide technical support throughout the pre-sales phase of the project.
  • They consult with the customer to determine their requirements to design the best solution to meet their needs.
  • Senior Engineers support their colleagues to enhance both individual and group competencies, including mentoring junior system engineers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Experience/ Knowledge in radio systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless, broadband, microwave, and/or networking is desirable.
  • Experience/ Knowledge of communications networks (MPLS, Ethernet, TCP/IP) is desirable
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027. Returning to school in the Fall of 2027.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment
  • Experience working with customers is desirable
  • Certifications through CCNA, CompTIA, and/ or Amateur Radio/ HAM is desirable
