About the role
- East Coast: There is a strong preference for this role to be based in New York.
- We are open to exceptional candidates across the US, and also have offices in San Francisco and Seattle.

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage calendars and task priorities for up to 6 C-suite executives, primarily through Google Calendar
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with executives and colleagues
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in executive administrative support, Chief of Staff role or similar
Requirements
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
- Ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy
- Ability to operate with discretion
