About the role
- We're looking for a highly motivated People Systems Analyst to support day-to-day operations of our people technology ecosystem. You'll be the operational backbone of our systems, managing support requests, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives-with a strong focus on clear writing, self-sufficiency, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Systems Support: Administer Workday, Ashby, Pave, Lattice, and CompLink; resolve support requests with high responsiveness and ownership
- Continuous Improvement: Track support patterns, identify root causes, and partner with senior team members to drive lasting improvements
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain reports/dashboards; support data loads, audits, and compensation workflows
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to understand needs and deliver timely solutions

- You'll be the operational backbone of our systems, managing support requests, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives-with a strong focus on clear writing, self-sufficiency, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years in a technical, systems, or analytics role (internship experience is also welcome)
- Collaborative: You work well with systems administrators and senior team members, seeking input and acting on feedback

Nice to have
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or HR analytics tools
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Asana, Jira, or Web3 concepts
