About the role

  • In this role, you will design and lead change management strategies that help law firms and corporate legal departments successfully adopt and scale their use of Syllo.
  • You will work directly with strategic clients at all levels of their organization, and partner internally with Sales, Account Management, and Training to ensure transformation efforts are aligned with the broader client relationship and drive measurable adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies: Address the people, process, and technology dimensions of adoption.
  • Partner on transformation: Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify transformation opportunities and support the change management components of the sales and renewal process.
  • Drive enablement: Partner with the Training team to design and deliver enablement programs, communication plans, and adoption strategies.
  • Develop readiness assessments: Create stakeholder maps and tailored communication plans that reflect each client's organizational structure and culture.
  • Manage resistance: Identify sources of organizational resistance and design targeted interventions to drive adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Lead in-person engagement: Travel to client sites (up to 50%) to lead workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Our technology supports Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 firms managing their most complex litigation portfolios.

Requirements

  • Experience and qualifications
  • Relationship building: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from end users to executive leadership.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Strong skills partnering across Sales, Account Management, and Training/Enablement functions.
  • Communication and facilitation: Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
  • Strategic mindset: Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and think about change holistically.
  • Able to work in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within legal departments, law firms, or professional services organizations.
  • JD or background at a Big Four consulting firm is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Qualified to work in and resident in the United States.

Compensation

  • $180,000 - $225,000, depending on experience.
