About the role
- The Regeneration Operator II is responsible for mobile equipment regeneration and facility-wide water management operations.
- This role involves chemical handling, resin regeneration, wastewater operations, and facility water balancing.
- The operator completes the resin handling cycle, including unloading and reloading onto various mobile equipment, and oversees resin regenerations and wastewater treatment while maintaining appropriate water levels throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates situations, identifies solutions, and implements them to maintain a smooth workflow, requiring a solid grasp of operations, risks, and their impact on output and quality.
- Manage the Wastewater process from regeneration activities, maintain balance of Deionized water for regeneration activities.
- Support equipment readiness and consistent resin availability with timely, precise entries to meet production needs and uphold quality standards.
