About the role

  • Gloucester, Virginia Hiring Range $15.60 - $20.25/HourlyActual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
  • Riverside's Nurse Aide Program is intended to transition new hires from Hospitality Assistants to fully licensed Certified Nurse Aides.
  • In this program, you will begin by working as a Hospitality Assistant in a labor pool (as needed) status until your scheduled course begins.

Requirements

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
  • Standard First Aid required within 30 day of hire for Assisted Living/Memory Support units only.
  • Must be age 18 or above.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • $16k-$20k

  • The work commitment must be fulfilled in a Lifelong Health facility (skilled rehab, long term care, or assisted living).
  • Positions in home health or acute care do not qualify for the Earn and Learn program.
  • Graduates are eligible for reimbursement for costs associated with registration for National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) exam, to achieve CNA designation
