About the role

Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network.
In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.
These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

Create platform-native digital and social video content, including live clips, short-form video, graphics, and text-based storytelling optimized for mobile & CTV consumption.
Distribute and optimize content across the FOX Local app, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms with an emphasis on audience growth and engagement.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong technical proficiency with live streaming workflows, including video switching, live publishing, clipping, and distribution.
Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and adjust content strategy in real time.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
You are digitally native, technically confident, and calm under pressure.
You have strong news judgment, pay close attention to detail, and can make smart editorial and technical decisions quickly.
You enjoy collaborating across teams, experimenting with new formats, and using data to improve performance.

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, TV/Film production, or a related field with a digital focus.
newsroom experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with video editing tools and production software, Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
3 or more years of experience producing digital video, live streams, or social-first news content

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $80,000.00-84,000.00 annually.

Produce and manage live streaming coverage of breaking news, live events, press conferences, and original programming for FOX LOCAL and social platforms.
Collaborate with newsroom, digital, social, and production/engineering teams to align coverage, workflows, and priorities across platforms.
