About the role

  • Use data and AI-enabled workflows to identify opportunities, synthesize insights, evaluate product performance, and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact problems to solve, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Translate company and product strategy into clear roadmap priorities that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end product execution, including opportunity sizing, prioritization, experimentation, launch planning, iteration, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive initiatives that improve creator growth, engagement, monetization, and overall platform performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of creator, shopper, and brand partner needs through research, customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and market trends.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders, proactively surfacing trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch, iteration, and optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to use customer insights, experimentation, and performance data to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Ability to prioritize aggressively and make high-quality decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product rationale, priorities, and trade-offs to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, creator platforms, ad-tech, mar-tech, or consumer products.
  • Familiarity with creator, brand, engagement, monetization, or personalization product experiences.
  • Experience with experimentation, KPI-driven product development, or AI-enabled product workflows.
