About the role

  • Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Mentor and manage team members ensuring Army missions are fully supported and executed through the management of employees, performance to Warfighter Exercises ( WFX ), Risk Reduction Events ( RREs ), and steady-state activities.
  • Manage and oversee WARSIM testing and validation for WFX.

Requirements

  • Experience as a former Field Grade Officer
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in models and simulations
  • Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work as a member of a larger team
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience as a former FA57
  • Experience as a Colonel O-6 or above
  • Experience serving on a Division or Corps level staff position
  • Secret clearance is required.

Compensation

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
  • The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
