About the role
- Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture.
- Work without considerable direction and work in conjunction with the client.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor and manage team members ensuring Army missions are fully supported and executed through the management of employees, performance to Warfighter Exercises ( WFX ), Risk Reduction Events ( RREs ), and steady-state activities.
- Manage and oversee WARSIM testing and validation for WFX.

Requirements
- Experience as a former Field Grade Officer
- Experience as a subject matter expert in models and simulations
- Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
- Ability to work as a member of a larger team
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as a former FA57
- Experience as a Colonel O-6 or above
- Experience serving on a Division or Corps level staff position
- Secret clearance is required.

Compensation
- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
