About the role
- Process client service requests, resolve NIGO items, and provide guidance to clients and team members as needed.
- Schedule client meetings and prepare related reports and materials.
- Regularly monitor and audit CRM records to ensure client data is accurate, current, and complete.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication with clients, custodians, CPAs, attorneys, and internal team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or brokerage experience required.
- Knowledge of investment terminology and industry language required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Onboard new clients by collecting required information, completing firm and custodial paperwork, and updating client records in firm software.
- Sophisticated technology skills required, including the ability to work independently in a remote environment, troubleshoot routine technical issues, and effectively use virtual communication, document management, CRM, and workflow platforms.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience with custodian paperwork, Wealthbox, ShareFile, DocuSign, and Mailchimp preferred.
