About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Product Controller to join the Finance function supporting the Investment Banking business The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, deal accounting, P&L reporting, balance sheet substantiation, reconciliations, and financial control across a broad range of Investment Banking products and fee-based businesses.
This role demands strong technical accounting knowledge, exceptional control discipline, a strong understanding of Investment Banking products, including advisory, M&A, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, private capital, and related fee-based businesses and clear communication skills to convey financial insights to both Finance non-Finance senior stakeholders.
