Responsibilities
- As the organization continues to evolve, SRCC is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead its day-to-day human resources function and help foster a positive, high-performing workplace.
- Comfortable working in a small, evolving organization, they are highly organized, exercise sound judgment, maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and build credibility with employees and leaders alike.

Requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems, workforce planning, and employment legislation is essential, while experience in the public sector or another regulated environment would be considered an asset.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field is required.
- Bilingualism in English and French is essential, and the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.
