This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for candidates based in the United States and authorised to work without sponsorship, with a preference for those located on the East Coast.

About the Field CTO role The Field CTO plays a critical role in helping enterprise organisations define and execute modern transformation strategies centred around AI, modern software engineering and digital product innovation.

Help organisations identify high-value AI opportunities across customer experience, operations, software delivery, modernization and internal platforms
Show deep expertise in the techniques and methodologies of agentic engineering
Significant experience in consulting technology leadership or enterprise technology services
Proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business leaders
Experience shaping strategic transformation initiatives and complex services engagements
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect technology strategy to business value
Strong understanding of the practical application of AI within enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with solution architecture, software architecture, cloud platforms, and AI native software engineering practices.
Expertise in cloud-native architecture on one of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong foundation in software engineering, with working proficiency in at least one programming language
