- Hands-on Technical Oversight: Ensure the architecture and ongoing health of data pipelines, databases, and storage solutions, maintaining data integrity, scalability, efficiency, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor data engineers, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental team members to understand their data requirements and deliver timely solutions.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in data engineering, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Proven customer-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Employee(s) will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master's preferred.
- Expertise in database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with computer programming, particularly in PHP, is preferred.
Compensation
- $140,000 - $160,000 annually.
