  • Manage and mentor data engineers, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental team members to understand their data requirements and deliver timely solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in data engineering, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Proven customer-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employee(s) will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's preferred.
  • Expertise in database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with computer programming, particularly in PHP, is preferred.

Compensation

  • $140,000 - $160,000 annually.
