Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor other teammates within the communications function.
- Manage program budgets and evaluate PR and marketing agencies against KPIs.
- Partner with People & Talent to engage teammates during organizational growth and cultural initiatives.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- The Communications Director is responsible for managing the organization's external and internal messaging by developing communication strategies in collaboration with marketing leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
