About the role
- Moelis & Company is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) group in New York.
- The role offers significant exposure to M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions across the sector.
- Associates are core members of deal teams, expected to take on meaningful responsibility in transaction execution while managing junior resources and delivering high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee financial analysis and valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Manage Analysts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output
- Support execution of M&A, financing, and advisory transactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to lead and manage junior team members
Requirements
- Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required; finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred

Compensation
- USD $175,000 - $225,000
