About the role

  • As a Recruiting Coordinator within our Talent Team, you will:
  • Track applications and communicate with candidates regarding their status.
  • Post and monitor job openings on law school and professional job boards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager of Legal Recruiting with candidate applications, recruiting data management, and updates in our applicant tracking system (Flo).
  • Manage pre-employment paperwork and onboarding activities for new attorney hires.
  • Coordinate orientation programs and support attorney integration efforts.
  • Partner with Marketing to facilitate attorney announcements, website biographies, and professional photography.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and budget tracking.

Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with attorneys, business professionals, candidates, and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting recruitment, talent management, onboarding, or human resources functions, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment, is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • experience with Flo Recruit, NetDocuments, Adobe Acrobat, and similar business applications preferred, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.

  • This position plays an integral role in managing the day-to-day operations of recruiting Associates, Staff Attorneys, and Counsel through all phases of the hiring process.
  • The Recruiting Coordinator may also support Summer Associate and entry-level Associate recruiting as needed.
  • In addition, this role will support onboarding, orientation programming, and integration efforts to help ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • The Recruiting Coordinator will also provide support for key Talent Team initiatives, including leadership reports, process improvement projects, firm branding, and pipeline building efforts.
  • This hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the Philadelphia office, Tuesday through Thursday, with additional days required as needed.
