About the role

- Analytics Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven conversations with our senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create eye catching and informative presentation-ready visualizations and analyses for internal or external clients using Spotfire and/or other open-source visualization technologies.
- Build complex wireframes and design mock-ups of dashboards and/or reports to communicate visualization/functionality internally and to clients
- Suggest definitions for and use agile data methodologies for extraction and transformation of data using platforms like SQL, R, Hive, Impala, and/or Python to derive data marts to drive dashboards and visualizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a related role
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
- Experience with product management, product ownership, or data engineering
Nice to have
- Master's Degree strongly preferred
- Cloud certification strongly preferred
- Experience using Tableau & BI tools is a plus
- BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline
