About the role
- This role is essential in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment while clients rest, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to treatment protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform light household and facility upkeep tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Maintain professional boundaries while providing reassurance and support to clients during nighttime hours.
- As an Overnight Residential Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Treatment Centers and Ridge RTC, you will provide supervisory support, safety, and comfort to clients during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional in an overnight setting.
- Experience in a clinical, residential, or behavioral health setting preferred.
- Passion for mental and behavioral health and supporting individuals in recovery.
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working overnight shifts preferred.
- Prior experience working with adolescents and/or young adults strongly preferred.
Compensation
- $20 - $24 USD
